REGISTRATION: 2 hr. shifts
Sat., May 10
8-10; 10-12; 12-2; 2-4; 4-6 (5-6 is cleanup)
There will be 2 registration locations. Each location requires 3 people per shift.
PRE REGISTERED TABLE
1. Greet people
2. Check them off the list
3. Give name tag, program &
school map
4. Give evaluation form. Ask them to use it all day, and turn it in before they leave
6. Remind them that their ticket needs to be visible for cafeteria entry
7. Answer any questions
DAY-OF REG. TABLE
1. Greet & help people to sign in
2. Remind them that lunch is not available for day-of registrants 3. Collect entry donations
4. Give name tags, program &
school map
5. Give evaluation form. Ask them to use it all day, and turn it in before they leave
6. Answer any questions
FOOD
LUNCH:
1. May 9, Fri. afternoon and/or evening, assemble roll ups at McFarland UCC. Times TBD 2. May 10, Sat. at McF HS, set up food/beverage tables 3. Check tickets at cafeteria entry
4. Serve 5. Keep tabs on utensils/plates/cups, and replenish when needed 6. Help distribute soda and water.

We need one volunteer per location per shift.
1. Set up 1 of 2 locations - end of Farwell St. entrance hallway or just inside Exchange St. entrance.
2. Arrange, sell muffins, bars, etc. 3. Manage cash box 4. Clean up at end of day
BREAKOUT HOST
SESSION TIMES, SAT. MAY 10

There will be 5 breakouts per session. We need 20 hosts.
1. Introduce breakout presenter(s).
2. Point out presenter handouts
3. Establish when presenter(s) want to be alerted to the time 4. Time the presentation
5. Give agreed-upon signal to presenter(s)
6. Remind audience to complete their breakout evaluation form after each session they attend and return it to registration before they leave.
TABLE HOST: 2.5 hr. shift
Sat., May 10
1. Greet tablers who have checked in.
2. If they haven’t checked in, direct them to registration.
3. Show registered tablers to their respective tables
4. Help them bring in materials
5. Answer questions
6. Help with requests such as providing extra chairs or rearranging tables.
